Shipping policy

 

Local shipping within the United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Once you have placed and paid for your order it will be approved and processed by Le Papillon team. We will then prepare your purchased items for delivery. We ship locally within 1 business day for Dubai, 1 to 2 business days for the other Emirates. We offer free shipping within the UAE for all orders above AED 100. The shipping cost for orders up to AED 100 is AED 20. Please note we don't deliver to PO Boxes.

International Shipping outside the United Arab Emirates (UAE)

For international shipping to Belgium, we ship with an international courier within 3 to 7 business days. The shipping cost to Belgium is AED160 for orders up to AED1500 (eq.€390), free shipping for orders above AED1500. 

For all other international shipping requests, please email us at julie@lepapillon.world and we will quote you for delivery. 

Le Papillon does not deliver to any countries, entity individual or individual on the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Department of Treasury List ('OFAC LIST').

Please be aware that all goods are sent from the UAE, and in cases where the buyer of such goods and services are being shipped outside of the UAE, they are generally subject to local import duties, customs and taxes (VAT/GST) in the country of import. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of you the customer, and Le Papillon is not responsible for paying customs duties and taxes. The title of ownership transfers to you following exportation from the UAE.
